I began practicing yoga during a time when I was seeking ways to support my health and overall well-being. What started as a therapeutic recommendation quickly became a meaningful practice, helping me cultivate balance physically, mentally, and emotionally. Over time, my practice deepened and naturally inspired me to share the benefits of yoga with others.

As a teacher, I embrace the role of a lifelong learner and am currently working toward my 500-hour training. At Focus Health, I guide candlelit gentle flow classes that move at a mindful pace, weaving together breath, strength, and balance. I create a supportive space where students can build stability, increase body awareness, and move with intention in a calm, grounding environment.

“Join me on the mat and let your breath lead the way.”

I hold an Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education (Health Promotion) and an Honours Diploma in Nutrition and Diet Therapy, and I’ve spent nearly 15 years working as a Physiotherapy Assistant. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.

I’m always researching how to use food as fuel and as medicine, with a focus on building strength from the inside out. Whether it’s movement, nutrition, or recovery, I love teaching people how to move their bodies in ways that are safe, effective, and (most importantly) enjoyable!

Outside of work, Im all about soaking up summer, heading to camp, baking something delicious, and staying active.

Most importantly, I’m the proud wife and mom of three young kids — my greatest accomplishment and constant motivation.
