Mrs. Roxane Anglehart
Roxane has lived in Sudbury most of her life. She has been practicing yoga for years, but only truly fell in love with yoga in 2018, when she began using yoga as medicine. She quickly discovered the magical healing power the practice has on the layers of the self. Roxane completed her first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, a Vinyasa based training, with Integrated School of Yoga in November of 2022. She completed her second 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, a Hatha based training, with Two Souls Yoga School, in May of 2023. Roxane is a Reiki Level 2 practitioner, a certified Yin and Restorative Yoga Teacher, and is currently working towards completing her 500 hour advanced Yoga Teacher Training. Roxane has a professional background in Nursing and Mental Health & Wellness. She aspires to live the yoga life on and off her mat, and is motivated to empower others with the potential of Yoga! “Join me…notice how your breath can move and heal you!”

I hold an Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education (Health Promotion) and an Honours Diploma in Nutrition and Diet Therapy, and I’ve spent nearly 15 years working as a Physiotherapy Assistant. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.
I’m always researching how to use food as fuel and as medicine, with a focus on building strength from the inside out. Whether it’s movement, nutrition, or recovery, I love teaching people how to move their bodies in ways that are safe, effective, and (most importantly) enjoyable!
Outside of work, Im all about soaking up summer, heading to camp, baking something delicious, and staying active.
Most importantly, I’m the proud wife and mom of three young kids — my greatest accomplishment and constant motivation.
